Berdan Sharpshooters

In this program sponsored by the Lancaster Civil War Round Table, Caitlin Kostic will present on United States Sharpshooters under the command of Colonel Hiram Berdan, who had developed the plan to form a unique regiment made up of the country’s best marksmen when Fort Sumter was fired upon.
