Introduction to Yoga

Join yoga instructor, Joyce Courtney, as she shares the positive physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. Learn how to add strength, flexibility, body awareness and injury prevention into your daily routine. Joyce will also demonstrate basic yoga positions and practices for patrons to view or try!
