The goal of this dedicated Library tax is to provide stable, sufficient, and secure funding for public Library services across the county. Proceeds from this dedicated tax can only be used to fund public Libraries in Lancaster County.

Important SPARK Update
This September, we are moving to a new catalog system! Things will look different in the future, and there will be some added features that we hope you’ll enjoy. However, this will result in some service interruptions, primarily in late August. Keep an eye here for more information.
